Orders & Delivery
Shipping is free across India for all orders above ₹999. For orders under ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be added at checkout.
Delivery timelines depend on your location. Standard deliveries take between 3–5 business days for tier-1 cities (metro areas) and 5–7 business days for other regions. Express delivery options (1-2 days) are available in select pincodes.
Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and link will be sent via email and SMS. You can also monitor progress directly on our Order Tracking page by inserting your Order ID.
Payments
We support all major payment types: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking from leading banks, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹9,999 in most domestic pin codes. An additional handling charge of ₹49 is applied to all COD transactions.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all product tags intact. Sale/Discounted items are eligible for size exchanges or store credit returns only.
You can submit a request under your Account section or reach out to our Customer Service via hello@srimenswear.store. A courier agent will be dispatched to schedule a home pickup within 48 business hours of approval.
Size & Fit
We have detailed sizing grids linked directly on each product description page. We design our items to fit standard Indian body dimensions. If you fluctuate between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for casual outerwear and sticking to your actual measurements for formal, tailored items.
Product Care
All of our tailored blazers, three-piece suits, and structured coats must be professionally dry cleaned. Avoid machine wash or hand wash to preserve canvas liners, shoulder padding structure, and wool fibers. Hang on wide contoured hangers in dry environments.
Linen casual shirts are safe for domestic machine wash. Use cold water cycles and gentle detergents. Wash with similar colorways. Avoid bleach. Air-dry away from direct harsh sunlight to avoid fading, and press while slightly damp for clean creases.
